Johnny was an absolute professional. After my first showing with Johnny, I knew he was the right agent for me to work with for both the sale of my current home and purchase of a new one. He’s was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we visit for the home showings and provided me with options on what I may want to upgrade if I were to move forward with a particular home. I was fortunate enough to have Johnny Phan handle the recent sale of my parentâ??s home in the Schorsch Village section of Chicago. My timeframe in Chicago was limited due to my residence being in Peoria, AZ. After my mom died in early November of 2016, I did not return to Chicago until late April â?? mid May to settle the contents of the home, get it ready for sale and locate an agent to put it on the market. Johnny came to see me at a time convenient for me and led me through the initial paperwork process, to get the transaction going. It was considerate on his part to agree to working with a young couple I secured who wanted the home right from the start. When that didnâ??t transpire, Johnny immediately got the home pictures on the net and had prospective buyers moving through it quickly. At each step of the way, Johnny responded to either my calls, my emails or my texts in a superb mannerâ?¦almost instantlyâ?¦I found it to be almost painless in getting the property sold considering I am half the country away. Both my husband and I dealt with him a number of times by phone and in each case he kept us apprised of the timetable concerning the sale. His email to us showing the MLS listing was also a comfort as it provided the last images of the home I used to visit when my folks were alive. Of note also, were emails from my parentâ??s lawyers officeâ?¦a comment was made to me how great it was to deal with Johnny. Even the buyerâ??s agent noted that everything went along in a timely fashion.
